In an effort to make our temporary library home more conducive to your studying needs, we have made some changes we hope you all will like.
- We have turned room 1244 into a quiet study area. The room is equipped with four smaller tables so that individuals or groups of individuals may take advantage of this space.
- The quiet study area adjacent to the reference librarians’ offices and restrooms has now been shifted to the southwest corner of the library.
- We have placed white noise machines outside of the elevators, by the quiet study carrel room, as well as in the southwest quiet corner of the library.
We truly appreciate your patience as we adjust to our new temporary home. We promise once we are in our new, state of the art, permanent library home on the 4th and 5th floors, the wait will have been well worth it.
Until then, please try to make the best of our temporary space. Keep in mind that you may also book a private study room on five other floors in the building by visiting this site: http://studyrooms.charlottelaw.edu/.
We hope that we are addressing your issues and concerns in a satisfactory manner and we welcome any comments or suggestions you may have.
